Description
"Aero, the Fading Cheetah" portrays a poignant scene as a cheetah, named Aero, gazes ahead against a backdrop of moving silhouettes rendered in soft pastel hues, symbolizing the gradual disappearance of its habitat. The cheetah's somber expression and the ethereal quality of the background evoke a sense of melancholy and loss, highlighting the ongoing threat to the cheetah's existence due to habitat destruction and human encroachment. Through its emotive imagery and subtle symbolism, the painting serves as a poignant reminder of the urgent need for conservation efforts to protect endangered species like Aero and their disappearing habitats, inviting viewers to contemplate the fragility of our natural world and the importance of taking action to preserve it.

Artwork Features
In this highly expressive and passionate style Gillie and Marc have let their emotions run free in this explosive collection of freehand painting. Inspired by the styles of Brett Whiteley, Francis Bacon, and Jean-Michel Basquiat, Gillie and Marc have combined enamel paint with oil pastel to breathe life into the worlds most endangered species. Over the past five years, Gillie and Marc spent hours sketching and studying wildlife, travelling the globe to meet these animals up close. These sketches have now been brought to life in vibrant colour with love and passion. Each painting is created as a team with both the artists bringing their own emotion into every painting.

Please note: All canvases come stretched and ready to hang, however if you would like your painting to be framed, Gillie and Marc are happy to provide this service for you at your request. For framing enquiries please email us.
