Lovebirds are basically inseparable and are known for their strong, monogamous pair bonding. Gillie and Marc never knew what true happiness was until the day they first met. They were introduced during a film shoot in Hong Kong and from the moment they laid eyes on each other, it was love at first sight. When Gillie and Marc lived in Westchester New York they had a wild white-tailed deer wander into their garden. The male deer took them completely by surprise and they found it completely mesmerising, especially his majestic antlers. White-tailed bucks regrow their antlers every year. Their antlers shed after they have finished mating. This felt very relatable to Gillie and Marc who move houses each year and believe in fresh new starts. The particular buck who wandered into their garden also had asymmetrical antlers. They artists have always been inspired by the idea of finding perfection in our imperfections.
